🔹 Good admin skills for daily cafe operations, stock management, and maintaining a pristine working space. 🔹 Quick accessibility to Brixton would be ideal. 🔹 Comfort working independently, especially on some days when you’re holding the fort solo. 🔹 Willingness to train new team members and uphold our high standards. 🔹 Politeness, friendliness, and a warm smile for customers. 🔹 Mastery of crafting high-quality coffee using our Lamazocco machine. Daily cleaning and maintenance are your responsibilities. 🔹 A profound understanding of coffee beans and taste notes to contribute to our exceptional offerings. 🔹 Flexibility to work in other areas of the shop when not at the coffee station. 🔹 Adherence to shop opening, shift closing procedures, and general cleaning tasks. 🔹 Punctuality, reliability, and a well-presented, clean, and hygienic appearance.
