Barista/ FoH

Obsessed with all things tasty, Prufrock Coffee is located on Leather Lane in the historic area of Holborn in London. Founded on the idea of sharing exceptional coffee, we love exploring taste. Serving Square Mile Coffee Roasters on the bar, our espresso and filter menu is constantly changing as we feature a range of roasteries from Europe and beyond.

Offering a focused and delicious seasonal food and drinks menu, generosity, excellence and paying close attention to detail forms the cornerstones of our cafe.

We’re looking for a full-time Barista to welcome and delight our customers. Our ideal candidate is curious, detail orientated and motivated with a passion for coffee, food and hospitality. We are looking for someone who is:

• Passionate about coffee, food and hospitality
• Willing to learn, curious and wanting to embrace new techniques and ideas
• Responsible, prompt, self-disciplined and reliable
• Self-motivated person with a “can-do” attitude
• Confident and engaging when dealing with customers
• Supportive of other staff members
• Available weekends

Skills and Qualifications:
