We are looking for a Lavazza Coffee Trainer who has a real passion for people and of course a love of all things coffee. The Lavazza Training Centre is the largest centre for coffee studies in the world with over 40 academies across 4 continents all dedicated to training coffee excellence to professionals and delivering memorable experiences to coffee lovers everywhere.
We are looking for someone to join our UK team where you will play an active role in all the Training Centre’s activities including (but not limited to):
Delivering barista training to industry professionals at our SCA Premier Training Campus in London; live online training sessions using professional studio equipment; on-site coffee standards and barista training for national accounts
Assisting with activations at industry events such as the London Coffee Festival and Wimbledon Tennis Championships
Auditing coffee quality standards across a wide range of customers

Self-motivated, creative and adaptable
Barista skilled equivalent to SCA Barista Intermediate or higher
Computer literate adaptable to MS Teams, Office 365, online platforms
Can work independently as well as part of a team
