We are looking for experienced baristas who have previously worked with speciality coffee in a fast-paced environment to join us at Supermarket of Dreams.
We are recruiting enthusiastic baristas who will thrive in a dynamic and busy environment which promotes individual growth and development across a wide range of areas throughout our business.
You will have excellent coffee knowledge with outstanding customer service skills to match, joining an already strong and supportive team. The role allows for a great deal of autonomy and creativity working alongside a Head Barista. You will have the opportunity develop new drinks and drive forward new ideas for growing our coffee and drinks business with the potential to take on greater responsibilities across our group.
This is a full time position (40-45 hours per week) with no double or late-night shifts.
