Joe Blake’s is now recruiting a Head Barista to work at our brand-new store just next to Bond Street underground station
We are looking for someone to join the team with a great knowledge of speciality coffee and the ability to maintain standards and coach others. We are a small growing business so there will be plenty of opportunity to progress. As a business we are focused on producing exceptional coffee, quickly and passionately.
Pay starts at £13.65, plus monthly bonuses. We offer flexible hours, a great team environment and real progression opportunities.
Join us in crafting speciality coffee & serving our amazing bakery products to customers. All of our locations are grab-and-go focused in high footfall areas, often bringing a small retail space to life. Days will be busy with plenty to do and lots of coffee to make!

Required experience:
Knowledge and experience within specialty coffee are key Experience as a head barista desired.
