We are looking for a passionate and experienced Head Barista with exceptional coffee, training and service skills to join our London Fields management team.

Candidates must be;

• Experienced working within Hospitality • Experienced in coffee – minimum 2 years in specialty coffee • Experienced in diagnosing small technical issues • Able to train team members in coffee – at all levels of experience • Enthusiastic about hospitality and passionate about delivering excellent customer service at all times • Genuinely interested in our products and passionate about food and drink • Able to work efficiently in busy fast-paced shifts, whilst delivering excellent quality and service standards • Well-presented, adaptable and a good team player • An excellent communicator

Responsibilities;

• Ownership of the coffee bar and the team working within it • Ensuring drinks are made to the highest quality expected, in a timely manner • Ensuring cleanliness standards are upheld at all times • Training team members – using a training plan to track individuals’ progress • Placing and receiving orders using company stock system (Marketman) • Supporting management with any and all necessary tasks • Ensuring compliance with food safety and health and safety regulations
