We are looking for a Manager/Head Barista with extensive speciality coffee and management experience for our new Hackney branch, which is only 50 metres from Hackney Central overground.

The branch is opening in a few weeks and will serve cakes, pastries, delivered homemade salads, and sandwiches. There won’t be kitchen/kitchen operation.
Serving Allpress as a house and using a secondary grinder for guest coffee every month. We constantly strive to improve ourselves, impress our customers and enjoy a delicious brew.
Tasks will include:
-Managing rota, stock and orders
-Hiring, motivating & training the team
-Finding new roasters for guest coffee and creating recipes
-Ensuring the cleanliness of the shop & cleaning checklists are completed
-Experience with all health & safety regulations & ensuring all documentation is completed
