We’re looking for an exceptional Coffee Bar Manager to lead the opening of North London’s next great specialty coffee bar and manage a small team of coffee professionals.
Our beautifully styled coffee bar is situated in the foyer of London’s premier Build to Rent building located in Tottenham Hale (opening late October). This venue will deliver exceptional hospitality, a welcoming environment and foster a community for people to connect over delicious coffee, bakes and more.
Our Coffee Bar Manager will manage a team of 3-5 Baristas and report to Founder, Ant Duckworth. The start date for this role is mid-October.

Sam founded, took public and recently sold his software company, Nitro, to a private equity firm for $560 million. Sam brings over two decades of private and public company CEO and board experience. Sam is now Co-Founder & Chairman at Dear Coco, and Founder & Managing Partner of Laneway Ventures, backing Dear Coco’s UK and global expansion.
