Coffee Shop Manager

We are looking for a passionate, friendly and experienced manager to lead our team and help us to continue growing our thriving, busy coffee shop.

NOLA is a coffee shop with community and locality at its core. Founders Josephine and Anthony are South-East Londoners with a passion for good coffee and good people. Since opening in 2020, NOLA has quickly become regarded as one of the best speciality coffee shops in London.

• Lead a team by example

• Manage daily operations
• Maintain high standards and effective cost control
• Monitor and report on operational performance
• Recruit, train and mentor a team that embodies our values
• Continuously seek ways to enhance the guest experience
• Stay informed on all coffee offerings acting as a resource to customers and team members alike
• Create an environment that feels like home for our customers and fosters a supportive, inclusive atmosphere for our team.
